Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your use of the TSOL website and all services we provide — including employer/candidate registration, technical recruitment, and Nigerian consular visa & immigration facilitation.

Important Notice for Consular Service Users

TSOL is a private facilitation company, not a government body. All visa and immigration decisions are made exclusively by the Nigerian Immigration Service or the relevant diplomatic mission. Submitting false documentation is a criminal offence. See Section 3 for full details.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TSOL website (technicalsupportoverseas.com), submitting any employer or candidate registration form, or engaging any of our services (including consular visa facilitation, technical recruitment, procurement, or freight logistics), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, employers, candidates, and any other users of TSOL's platforms.

2. Description of Services

Technical Support Overseas Limited ("TSOL") provides the following professional services, primarily to the Oil & Gas and engineering sectors:

  • International Recruitment: Project-based and permanent recruitment and dispatch of technical professionals, engineers, and key personnel globally, including split-fee placement networks.
  • Technical Procurement: Sourcing and supply of heavy machinery, subsea equipment, precision tools, and specialised industrial components for offshore and onshore operations.
  • Logistics & Freight: Air freight, sea freight, and multimodal logistics coordination including customs clearance, expediting, and site-delivery under challenging conditions.
  • Consular & Immigration Facilitation: Document preparation and liaison support for Nigerian visa applications (tourist, business, STR), Temporary Work Permits (TWP), and CERPAC card applications. TSOL acts as a facilitator; visa decisions rest solely with the relevant Nigerian authority.

3. Consular Services — Important Notices

Please read this section carefully before engaging TSOL for any visa or immigration facilitation.

  • TSOL is a private sector facilitation company. We are not an official department of the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), Nigerian Diplomatic Missions, or any government body.
  • Visa approval or rejection is the exclusive decision of the Nigerian Immigration Service, Nigerian High Commission, or relevant consular authority. TSOL cannot guarantee visa issuance under any circumstances.
  • Submitting inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading immigration documents is a criminal offence under Nigerian law. Any such submission by a client or candidate terminates our facilitation services immediately, with no refund of fees paid.
  • Where visa applications are processed through the external VisaToNigeria.com portal or OIS Services, those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy notices. TSOL is not responsible for the conduct or data practices of those third parties.
  • STR and TWP applications must meet the eligibility requirements set by the Nigerian Immigration Service. TSOL does not guarantee eligibility outcomes.
  • Please note that your Form A being issued means your application is accepted for processing — it does not mean a visa has been approved or granted. Full approval is at the discretion of the relevant Nigerian authority.

4. Employer Obligations

By registering as an employer with TSOL, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information regarding your company, operational requirements, and job specifications.
  • Not use TSOL's candidate database for any purpose other than genuine recruitment for the roles specified.
  • Comply with all applicable employment, immigration, and anti-discrimination laws in the jurisdiction(s) where roles will be performed.
  • Not directly contact candidates introduced by TSOL without prior written consent, in order to circumvent agreed placement fee arrangements.
  • Ensure that any candidate placed by TSOL through an STR or TWP facilitation is employed under the terms stated in the visa application; misuse of immigration documentation is a criminal offence.
  • Pay all agreed service fees in accordance with the fee schedule set out in your engagement contract with TSOL.

5. Candidate Obligations

By submitting a candidate registration or CV to TSOL, you confirm that:

  • All information in your profile, CV, and any accompanying documents is truthful, current, and accurate.
  • You consent to TSOL sharing your profile with prospective employers for recruitment purposes.
  • You consent to TSOL processing your identity and immigration documents solely for the purpose of visa/permit facilitation where applicable.
  • You are legally eligible to seek employment in the countries for which you register, or that you will obtain the required permits through TSOL's facilitation services.
  • You will notify TSOL immediately if any information you have provided becomes inaccurate or outdated.
  • You understand that registration with TSOL does not guarantee placement or employment.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited when using TSOL's website or services:

  • Submitting false, forged, or misleading documentation in support of any registration, visa, or employment application.
  • Using TSOL's services to facilitate illegal employment, human trafficking, or labour exploitation.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to TSOL's systems, databases, or internal networks.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or otherwise extracting data from TSOL's website by automated means.
  • Using TSOL's branding, logos, or intellectual property without prior written consent.
  • Soliciting TSOL employees or placed candidates for competing services.
  • Making defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading statements about TSOL's services.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Visa refusals or delays attributable to government authority decisions.
  • Loss of employment opportunity arising from candidate or employer misrepresentation.
  • Technical outages or inaccessibility of the website.
  • Loss of data transmitted via contact or registration forms.
  • Actions or omissions of third-party visa processing centres or consular authorities.

TSOL's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the relevant client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith mediation between the parties. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or, where applicable, the courts of England & Wales. For matters arising exclusively from services provided in Nigeria (including consular facilitation), Nigerian law and jurisdiction may apply concurrently, in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the provisions of the Nigeria Immigration Act (Cap. I1), LFN 2004 (as amended).

11. Changes to These Terms

TSOL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of TSOL's website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
